Its time of the year again where we start planning one of the greatest event for Promisedland. The committee has again been formed thru drawing of lots, the appointments are as follows:
CHAIRMAN - ANDY
VICE CHAIRWOMAN - ANGELIA
TREASURER - JASMINE & SHIQUAN
PROGRAM - BINGHUI & JUNE
LOGISTICS - PEI EN & JUNJIE
Good combination huh? The first meeting will be held on 29th March 2009 (Sunday) 12pm. If you are unable to attend, let me know via sms.
The agenda is as follows:
1. 2008 camp mistakes, to watch for this year
2. Theme
3. Venue
4. Dates
5. Target campers
6. Others
Please start thinking if you have any ideas, pour them out. Remember, we just want to run the camp well. lets work as a team.

Hey guys.. as i was looking through last year's camp photos.. I feel that we shld change this yr's camp site. Please do go search for MOE Jalan Bahtera and Dairy Farm Camp sites and give comments on the coming meeting ya. Haha.
